BuilderNet had the pleasure of conducting our "Back to the Basics" sales training for Triad Development Company's sales managers & leasing agents. Hats off to Don Collier for making the investment in his salespeople. As you know, salespeople are your front lines...they drive all company revenue. So isn't investing in developing their talents (as Don did) one of the smartest uses of your money? We also learned that Don is now in the field with his salespeople every weekend - supporting them, encouraging them, getting face-to-face with the shoppers. Don is not a builder that is just sitting there defeated, complaining about the market - he has taken responsibility and is getting out there and doing something about it! Impressive.
